An Award Winning Author
Suzanne Elizabeth Gillis is an Award-Winning Fiction Author and Professional Screenwriter. She holds an MFA with Honors in Screenwriting from Columbia University and a BA in Narrative Writing and Film from Hampshire College. She has written over 50 screenplays.
Her award-winning debut novel THE LANDLADY OF MAPLE AVENUE is a historical family saga inspired by true stories about her father's Canadian family who immigrated to Cambridge, Massachusetts, in the 1920s. It has currently won 10 book awards and the audio book is coming soon!
Her second novel, DR. TIGHTSKIN, an LGBTQ fiction comedy based on her original screenplay UNDER MY SKIN. It is a love story about personal transformation, shared between a plastic surgeon and a trans patient, who surprisingly begin to fall in love.
Her third fiction novel, IN-BETWEEN, a ghostly love story about loss, redemption, and sex, shared between a teenage dead boy and his Angel of Death, assigned to escort him to the afterworld.
